2) Information We Collect
We do not collect any personal information, usage analytics, location data, contacts, or device identifiers.
- No account required — NoteNest works without sign-in.
- No ads — we do not use advertising SDKs.
- No analytics — we do not track user behavior.
3) Notes & Local Storage
Notes you create in NoteNest are stored locally on your device (for example, in an app database). We do not upload your notes to any server.
If you uninstall the app, local app data (including notes) may be removed by your device operating system.
4) Export & Import
NoteNest may allow you to export or import notes as a file using your device’s file picker. When you export/import, the file is handled on your device and only where you choose to save/open it.
- We do not automatically upload exported files.
- You control where the backup file is saved.
5) Third-Party Services
NoteNest does not integrate third-party services that collect user data (such as ads or analytics).
6) Children’s Privacy
NoteNest does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since we do not collect data, there is no user profiling or tracking in the app.
7) Security
Your notes remain on your device. We recommend enabling a screen lock (PIN/Pattern/Biometric) on your phone for additional protection.
8) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the “Effective date” at the top of this page.
